1 large can pineapple chunks
2 small cans mandarin oranges
maraschino cherries
1 large OR 2 small bananas
1 small package vanilla pudding (not instant)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the pineapple, saving the liquid. Add enough liquid from the oranges so that you have 1 1/2 cups of liquid. Use this pineapple/orange juice mixture to make the pudding. Let pudding cool.

Drain cherries. Pat dry with paper towel to remove all excess moisture.

Combine pineapple, oranges, sliced bananas, and cherries. Add cooled pudding and gently toss.

Chill thoroughly.

This easy recipe is one I got from my Mom. It tastes as good as it looks and is one of our favorite holiday recipes.
