1 (6oz) tuna, drained and flaked
1 egg
1/2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
finely chopped onion & red pepper-to taste
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup mayo
2 tbsp chili sauce
1/2 tsp dill weed
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Dash hot pepper sauce
Dash Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
In bowl combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape into 4 patties (mixture will be soft). Coat a nonstick skillet with spray; fry patties for 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve on buns with favorite toppings.
