16 oz package mixed veg.
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
onion (I use 2 TB dried onion from food storage)
dash s/p
1 can chicken broth
2/3 cup milk
2-3 chicken breasts
pre-made pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
First have premade pie crust in pan ready to add ingredients (I use an oblong corningware pan).
Cook chicken. I boil mine. Then in large pan: Heat butter until melted, add onion, flour, salt, pepper. Cook until bubbly. Add broth and milk. Stir constantly. Boil and stir 1 more minute. Stir in cooked chicken and frozen veggies. Add everything into pie crust. Put top layer of pie crust on.
