1 - 2 pound bag frozen hash browns
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 ounces sour cream
1 cup milk
8-10 slices American cheese torn in pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well, put in a cake pan. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours. Stir once or twice during baking.
