1 lb hamburger
1/2 12 ox can mexicorn
pinch rosemary
pinch oregano
pinch marjoram
3/4 cup grated cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 10 OZ can enchilada Sauce
3 Tortillas
1 6 oz tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger. Add spices, corn, salt and pepper. Combine tomato sauce and enchilada sauce and pour 1/2 tomato mixture over meat and mix together. Alternate layers in this order: Hamburger mixture, tortilla, and cheese. Repeat. Make sure the last two layers are hamburger and cheese. Pour the rest of the sauce mixture over the top of casserole. Bake 350 for 15-20 minutes.
