Rice paper
Shredded carrots
Julienned cucumber
Marinated steak cooked medium rare (red curry paste and Italian dressing)
Rice noodles (I used ramon)
Cilantro
Dip
Equal parts of:
chili glaze
rice wine vinegar
emulsified sesame oil (I think that means whisked)
toasted sesame seeds (black look best)

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the rice paper in HOT water until is is flexible, place ingredients in and wrap!
Mix up the dip stuff and serve .
