1 lb hamburger, uncooked
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup ground bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat over to 350. Slice top off peppers and clean out insides. Beat egg; add milk, bread crumbs and seasonings. Add onion; mix well. Pour over hamburger mixture. Bake in uncovered dish for 1 hour.
