4 chicken breasts, cut into 1" pieces
1/2 pound fresh asparagus, cut into 1-1/2" pieces
1 large red pepper, cut into 1" pieces
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Vegetable oil

Cook asparagus over medium heat for 5 minutes or until crisp tender; drain. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except vegetable oil, tossing gently to mix. Let stand 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Thread chicken, asparagus, and peppers alternately onto skewers. Brush vegetables with oil. Place skewers over medium coals. Grill about 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning as necessary and brushing vegetables with oil once during cooking.
