Crust
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoon melted butter

Filling
4 - 8 ounce bricks cream cheese
4 tablespoon corn starch
2 cup sugar
2 cup sour cream
4 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine crust ingredients and press in bottom of springform pan. Bake for 8 minutes.

Reduce oven to 350 degrees.

Combine filling ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour over crust. Bake until almost set in middle. May take 1 hour to hour and a half to cook.

Best when well chilled the next day.
