Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 lb. melted butter
3 T. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup pecans (optional)

Cake:
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
4 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
2 cups sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ingredients for the crust well and spread in bottom of pan. Pat down.

In large bowl mix cream cheese that is softened. In a small bowl mix egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and combine with cream cheese mixture. Add vanilla, and pour over crust and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

Topping - mix sour cream. Add vanilla and sugar. Spread on top of cheesecake and cook 5 minutes. Refrigerate 2 hours.

Alternate topping - top with an type of berries and shipped cream.
