2 cups sugar
1/2 cup sifted cocoa
4 tablespoon white corn syrup
1 can evaporated milk (5 ounce size)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar, cocoa, white corn syrup, and evaporated milk to a boil for 5 minutes. Add vanilla and butter and boil for 3 minutes more.
This keeps in the refrigerator for ice cream. To soften for serving, just heat gently.
