Large round steak or 2 sirloin steaks
1 small onion
1 carton sour cream (more if desired)
1 can mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Slice steak into think strips about 2 inches long. Brown and fry in fat. If you like more flavor, add a beef bouillon cube. Saute onion and mushrooms in drippings. Add mushroom soup. Bring to boil. Stir in sour cream just before serving. Do not allow to boil. Serve over steamed rice.
