3/4 pound crab meat
1/3 cup sliced celery
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
2 tablespoons low calorie mayonnaise
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Louisiana hot sauce
Shake of pepper
1 large minced clove of garlic
2/3 cup diced tomato
Romaine lettuce leaves for salad bed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients; toss gently and set aside. Combine yogurt and next 8 ingredients; beat with a wire whisk until smooth. Add to crab meat mixture; stir well. Cover and chill 2 hours. To serve, stir in tomato and serve on lettuce-lined plates.
