1 can of whole corn drained
1 can of black beans drained (rinsed up to you)
1 green pepper chopped
2-3 stalks of celery chopped
Onion - chopped
2 tablespoons cilantro (optional to taste)
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
Garlic (optional to taste)
1 cup cooked but cold rice.
1 jalapeņo (chopped - wear gloves!)
1 can Rotel tomatoes (juice and all)

Get a bowl and start dumping ingredients.
