1 TLB yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 cup warm water
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 TLB Oil

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water, . Beat in half the flour, add salt, oil and remaining flour. Mix well; Knead until smooth, adding more flour if needed. Place in lightly oiled bowl, turn dough to great top. Cover let rise in warm place until double. Divide dough in half; roll each half into circle about 13 ince diameter. place on greased Pizza Pan and add following:

Pizza Filling:
1 Pound Pork Sausage
1 can tomatoes drained until almost dry
1 can tomato sauce
1 medium size can mushrooms
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup chopped onions

Crumble and brown sausage in skillet until done. Then cover dough with this browned sausage. Next add drained tomatoes, cut cheddar cheese into slices and put on top of sausage. Drain mushrooms and add them. Sprinkle chopped onions over all, adding salt and oregano to taste. Lastly pour the tomato sauce over the pizza and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Place in hot oven 450 and bake about 20 min.
