Crust:
1/2 cup cold butter
1/4 cup icing sugar
1 cup flour
First Layer:
1 - 250 gram package of cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Second Layer:
fresh fruit in season
1 large can pineapple chunks, drained, reserve liquid
Glaze:
2 tablespoons cornstarch
pineapple juice and water to make 1 cup
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Crust - Mix together and pat in a pizza pan, Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until lightly browned. Cool. First Layer: Mix together and spread over cooled crust. Second Layer: Arrange fresh fruit slices, berries, etc. with canned pineapple pieces. Anything goes.

Glaze - Cook until thickened, pour over fruit. Chill.
Best if served the same day.
