2-3/4 Flour
1-3/4 C Packed brown sugar
5 t pumpkin pie spice
1-1/2 t baking soda
1-1/2 t salt
1/4 t Baking powder
1 can (16oz) Pumpkin
1 C vegetable oil
2 Large eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour four baking pans. (6x3x2)

Mix flour, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, salt and baking powder in a large bowl. Add pumpkin, oil, and eggs and beat with electric mixer on low speed until dry ingredients are moistened and mixture is smooth. Spoon batter into baking pans spreading evenly.

Bake 45 to 55 minutes at 350 until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire racks 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely. Wrap in plastic wrap, than foil.
