1 lb. ground turkey or beef (browned).
1 onion (chopped).
1 package of enchilada sauce.
2 - 8 oz. cans of tomato sauce.
2 cup water.
16 oz. sour cream.
8-12 tortillas.
1 lb. cheddar cheese (shredded).

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow casserole, layer tortillas, sauce, cheese, in alternating layers to make a lasagna-like casserole using the tortillas instead of noodles.
Zap 15 minutes on high and let stand for 10 minutes before serving with salad.
