2 cups all-purpose flour
12 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 cup butter (melted)
2 eggs (beaten)
1-1/2 cups white sugar
1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2-1/2 cups of chopped rhubarb (washed)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and use 9 x13 inch pan prepared with baking spray. Mix 2 cups flour, sugar, and butter and press 3/4 of the mixture into the bottom of the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients together in another bowl and pour on top of baked crust.
Crumble up and sprinkle the remaining 1/4 of the crust mix across the top and bake until done (30-35 minutes).
