1 box lemon cake mix
1 3.75-oz. box instant pineapple pudding
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup cooking oil
1 10-oz. bottle of 7-Up
Icing:
1 stick butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, well beaten
1 8.5-oz. can crushed pineapple, not drained
1 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Bake in 13 x 9 pan at 375 for 40-45 minutes, until completely baked.
Icing: Mix margarine, sugar, eggs, flour and pineapple together and cook on low heat until thick. Cool. Add coconut. Spread on cake.

Cake is more moist if allowed to set after icing is put on it.
