3 tbsp. Dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. Crushed dried basil
1/4 Cup skim milk
4 Boneless an skinless chicken breast halves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425
In shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, basil, and garlic powder
Pour milk into another shallow dish
Dip chicken pieces into milk
Roll them into bread crumb mixture
Place coated pieces in an ungreased 13x9x2 baking pan
Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes or until chicken is tender
