4 tbsp. butter, melted
2 cups fruit (peaches or blackberries)
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch salt
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
In an iron skillet, melt butter. In a saucepan, bring fruit and sugar to a boil. Mix the remaining ingredients together for the batter. Add fruit and sugar to butter and pour batter over top of fruit. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes.
