3 Cups Cubed French Bread
1 Cup grated cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 can mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
10 eggs beaten
4 cups milk
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp pepper
10 slices of cooked bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange bread in bottom of a buttered 9 x 13 baking pan. Layer with cheese, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, and tomatoes. In a separate bowl, combine beaten eggs, milk, mustard, salt onion powder and pepper. Mix and pour over layers. Crumble bacon slices over the top. Bake 325 for 1 hour and 15 min.
