2 1/2 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Cocoa
2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 tsp Soda
3/4 Cup Soft Margarine
2 Cups Sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Cinnamon
3 eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 Cups grated Zucchini
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Margarine and sugar; add eggs, milk, and Zucchinin. Add dry ingredients. Grease and flour a Bundt cake pan. Bake for 55 min @ 350

Drizzle white cream cheese icing over it when it is still slightly warm.

Note: The Bundt cake freezes well. If you are going to freeze, put icing on later. You can also cut it in half and put it in gallon size Baggie to freeze.
