Fry 5 - 6 pieces of Bacon. Add sliced Zucchini seasoned with Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Can add pepper and onion with the zucchini if you like. Fry until tender then top with sliced tomatoes, heating until soft (just a couple of minutes). Put grated mozzarella on top until cheese is melted.

Serve Warm right out of frying pan!
