1 2/3 Cup Flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 cup softened margarine
1/2 cup firmly packet brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
3/4 cup coconut
3/4 cup raisins
3/4 cup chopped dates
2 Cups unpeeled coarsely grated zucchini

Icing
1 TLB melted butter or margarine
2 TLB Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1 Cup Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat Margarine & sugar together until creamy. Add eggs & Vanilla, beat until blended. In small bowl, blend flour, salt, baking powder. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in coconut, dates, raising & Zucchini. Spread mixture evenly in greased 10" x 15" pan. Bake 350 for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean & top is browned. Place on rack to cool slight.

Icing:
Beat together until well blended and smoother the butter, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and powdered sugar. Drizzle over warm bars, spreading evenly. Cool thoroughly before cutting into bars.
