Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package tortellini - triple colored
1 cup small black olives (green ones work, too or a combination)
1 pint cherry tomatoes - sliced in half
1 small jar marinated artichoke hearts (don't drain)
Favorite Italian style salad dressing
Fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook tortellini per directions - al dente - not mushy and drain. Add other ingredients and toss while the tortellini is still warm. Place in refrigerator or other cool spot until ready to serve. Best if it has a chance to sit for awhile so the flavors blend together.

Personal Notes:
One of our party favorites - easy to make and expand based on the number of people. Simply use the proportions as a guide.
