3 large eggs
1 1/8 C. evaporated milk
3 C. cream-style corn
3 C. corn kernels
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. corn starch mixed with 3 Tbsp. water
3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
4 1/2 Tbsp. Burbon
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 2-qt. dish. Beat eggs and milk together in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into prepared baking dish. Bake 45 minutes or until lightly browned and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
