6 T flour,
1 1/2 C sugar,
3/4 tsp salt,
4 C unpeeled rhubarb, in 1" pieces,
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Line 9" pie plate with pastry and brush with butter. Chill. Combine flour, sugar and salt. Sprinkle over rhubarb and toss well. Heap rhubarb in pie shell, and dot with butter. Place top crust over filling. Brush with milk or light cream. If desired, sprinkle lightly with sugar.

Bake at 450 for 45 min, or until rhubarb is tender.
