1 1/2 c. frozen corn (thawed)
2-3 firm ripe avocados, cut in small chunks
2-3 tomatoes, seeded and cut in small chunks
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
3-4 T. zesty Italian salad dressing

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and toss with dressing until coated. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.

So yummy in the summer! I don't have an exact recipe for this, I just throw all these ingredients together with any amounts I feel like and it is always a hit. So, if you need to add more avocado or corn to fit your taste then go right ahead!
