1 1/2 - 2 pounds ground beef
1 can Manwich
1/4 cup diced onions

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef with the onion and drain off the fat. Add the can of Manwich. Serve on bread or buns.

I measure out 1/4 cup portions and freeze so that Sloppy Joes are available anytime. Heat up in the microwave.
