2 lbs. frozen shredded hash browns (partially thawed)
2 cans Cheddar Cheese soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 can French fried onion rings
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine frozen potatoes, soup, milk and half of the onion rings in bowl. Pour into well greased crockpot & add salt & pepper to your taste. Cover & cook on low 7-9 hours or high for 3 hours. Sprinkle remaining onion rings on top before serving.
