8 hard boiled eggs
1/4 C melted oleo
1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp minced parsley
1 Tbsp grated onion
1/3 C chopped ham or diced beef.
1 C grated cheese (American or longhorn)
BÉCHAMEL SAUCE: Blend 3 Tbsp melted oleo with 1/4 C flour. Gradually add 1 cup hot meat stock or bouillon cube dissolved in 1 C water, Season with salt, pepper, paprika and add 3/4 C light cream or milk. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until thick and smooth.

Halve hard eggs lengthwise. Mash yolks and add oleo, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, parsley, onion and ham. Stuff egg whites and arrange in greased chafing dish or casserole dish. Pour over Bechamel Sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and cover. Heat 25 minutes or bake in 325º for 20 minutes.
