Meat - chicken, pork or Cornish hen
1 C instant rice
1 C chopped celery
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope onion soup
1 2/3 C milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put meat in bite size pieces in bottom of casserole. Mix all other ingredients and pour over meat. Bake slow (275 - 300) for 2 hours. If you use chicken, you can brown first.
