3 - 4 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken
1 pkg Dorito chips and 1 dozen tortilla corn chips
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1 Can cream of chicken soup
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp chili powder
3/4 pound grated cheddar cheese
1 small can tomatoes with chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken, dice and save stock. Layer in 9" x 13" casserole the chicken, doritos, pepper, onion, tomatoes, cheese and undiluted soups. Top with cheese. Pour 1/2 to 1 Can stock over all. Bake 350 for one hour. (Mother used home canned tomatoes and a can of chopped green chilies.)

This and several other of the large meat dishes were served at funeral dinners, church meetings and also served to the Lion's Club when the Congregational church ladies served those groups.
