2 carrots
2 whole chickens
4 C thinly sliced celery
2 C sliced onion (Green)
2 Cans sliced water chestnuts
2 1/2 ounces slivered almonds
2 C mayonnaise
2 Cans cream of mushroom soup
2 Cans cream of chicken soup
1 Can cream of celery soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cover whole chickens with water and cook for 2.5 hours. Drain off broth. Cook and mash 2 carrots and set aside. Skin & bone chicken and cut into bite size pieces. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Add mashed carrots for color. At the last minute, mix in one large can of Chinese noodles on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
