4 - 6 lbs spare ribs
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp vinegar
4 T lemon juice
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C brown sugar
1 C ketchup
1 C water
1/2 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp hot pepper
3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 C celery

Roll ribs in flour and brown. Remove and put in baking dish and cover with remaining ingredients and bake for 2 hours at 325.
