1 pound hamburger, browned
1 1/2 C Bisquick
1/2 C Water
2 tomatoes, sliced
1/2 C Green Pepper
1/2 C sour cream
1/2 C mayonnaise
1 Tbsp minced onion
1/2 C grated cheese











Directions:
Directions:
In greased pan, press Bisquick mixed with water in bottom. Then layer hamburger with tomatoes & peppers. Mix remaining ingredients together and spread on top of casserole. Bake at 375 for 20 - 30 minutes.
