1 cup grits
4 cups water
1 tbsp. salt
1 stick margarine
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4tea. red pepper
1 roll garlic cheese*

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water and salt to a boil. Add grits and cook for 5 min., stirring frequently. In a double boiler. melt margarine and 3/4 of the roll of garlic cheese. In separate bowl beat eggs and milk together. Add slowly to cooked grits and mix thoroughly. Last add cheese and margarine. Beat completely. Pour in a greased casserole. Cover with crushed potato chips. Bake 45 min. at 350.*

*The roll of garlic cheese is very hard to find, so you can substitute Velveeta or cheddar cheeses and garlic powder. Taste for the amt. you may want to add.
