8 oz. of good blue cheese
2 cups of mayonnaise
3/4 cups of sour cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
11/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
7 drops of hot sauce or to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble blue cheese with a fork in bottom of bowl. Add rest of ingredients and stir until well blended. Chill at least 1 hour
