1 cube of butter (1/2 cup)
3-4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2-3 Tablespoons milk
Food coloring, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Beat for several minutes until light and fluffy. If too runny, add more powdered sugar. If too thick, add more milk.

I start with 3 cups of powdered sugar and I have to taste test it a couple times to get the right ratio that I like.
