1 lb. Linguine
4 lg. cloves garlic, chopped
2-3 T. Olive Oil
1 T. Oregano
2 (6.5oz) cans chopped clams (undrained)
1 bottle (8oz) clam juice
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta al dente. Remove from pan and strain it. In same pot return to stove and add olive oil and garlic and brown about 2-3 min. Add oregano, stir, add clams and juice and bring to a simmer. Cook about 2 min and add linguine with a dash of salt and pepper. Stir continuously for about 10 min so that the flavor of the juice absorbs into the pasta. Sprinkle with some fresh grated Parmesan cheese.

This is quick and easy. Just be sure not to overcook the pasta.
