1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. sliced almonds (Trader Joe's Dry Toasted almonds are recommended by me)
Snack Crackers ( I like Wheat Thins)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, artichokes, mayo, and Parmesan. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish. Sprinkle with almonds.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.

Serve warm as a dip with crackers.
