1 lb. butter
1 lb. confectioner's sugar
1 lb. (4 cups) flour
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, confectioner's sugar, flour, salt and 3 eggs together. Put into 13/x9 pan and refrigerate. Cut into rows long ways about 1 inch wide. Let soften a little bit and roll to make logs round. Cut logs into thin slices. Put on greased cookie sheet. Beat 1 egg white a little bit. Brush a little on the top of each cookie and put on a pecan half (or quarter). Bake at 350-375 about 8 minutes or until golden brown.
