1 egg
1 T. oil or melted butter
1 c. flour
1 T. sugar
2/3 T. baking powder
2/3 t. baking soda
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
If double this recipe use 1 T. baking powder and 1/2 t. baking soda.

Whip egg and oil together. Mix dry ingredients together. Add egg and milk and mix until smooth.

Put waffle iron on medium and preheat for 10 minutes. Cook about 7 minutes.
