1 medium sized Idaho potato per person & a couple extra
Butter
Cream
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes until done and cool slightly. Cut in half lengthwise, scoop out into bowl, preserving the skins! Whip potatoes with cream until fluffy. Add back into the skins, pat with butter and sprinkle with paprika, These can be refrigerated at this point for serving later. nBefore dinner, turn on oven and depending on if the potatoes are cold or warm, bake until hot and golden brown on top.
