2 1/2 C flour, 1/2 t baking soda, 1/4 t salt, 1 C packed brown sugar, 1/2 C sugar, 1 C salted butter softened, 2 lg. eggs, 2 t vanilla and 2 C semisweet chocolate chips.

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, combine flour, soda and salt. Mix well with wire whisk and set aside. In large bowl with mixer blend sugars at medium speed. Add butter and mix to foam grainy paste, Scraping down sides of bowl. Add eggs and vanilla and mix at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add flour mixture and chocolate chips and blend at low speed until mixed. Do not over mix. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet 2" apart. Bake @ 300 for 22 to 24 minutes or until golden. Transfer cookies immediately to cool surface with spatula
