Ingredients:  
1 frying chicken, cut into pieces
1/2 c. dry Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flour
1 t. paprika
1/2 t. salt
dash pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 T. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Mix cheese, flour, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix beaten egg and milk together. Dip chicken in egg mixture and then coat with cheese mixture. Pour melted butter over the chicken and then bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
