10 ozs Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can water
1 pouch dry onion soup mix
6 sm red potatoes
6 med carrot -- cut into 2" pieces
3 1/2 lbs round roast or chuck roast

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together everything except roast in 4 1/2 quart. slow cooker.
Add beef and turn to coat in sauce.

Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 9 hours or until beef is tender.
OR
Cover and cook on High for 4 to 5 hours or until beef is tender.
