1 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup confectioner's sugar
3/4 cup melted butter or margarine
lemon filling:
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 teaspoons baking powder
3 eggs
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoons graded lemon rind

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Press crust mixture into a 9x13 baking pan that has been prepared with baking spray. Bake 20 minutes. Filling: Pour the lemon filling over the warm baked crust. Return to oven and bake for 25 minutes more. When cool, dust with confectioners sugar. Cut into 1x2 inch rectangles.
